Summer Operations Associate / Management Trainee

THE COMPANY

SCOPE OF THE JOB

We are seeking Summer Operations Associates to support peak-season demand across local markets.

This is a hands-on, field-based role where you will work closely with operations leadership to deliver HVAC and climate control solutions, support customers on-site, and ensure timely service execution.

You will gain direct exposure to field operations, logistics, and customer interaction in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment, with real responsibility from day one.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations & Field Execution

▪ Support deployment and installation of portable HVAC and climate control equipment

▪ Assist with logistics, transportation, and on-site setup in time-sensitive situations

▪ Ensure fast, efficient, and reliable service delivery during peak demand Customer Interaction

▪ Engage directly with customers during service delivery and installations

▪ Assess on-site needs and communicate effectively with the operations team

▪ Deliver a professional, solutions-oriented experience in high-pressure situations Coordination & Problem Solving

▪ Work closely with operations leadership to prioritize and execute daily activities

▪ Support real-time decision-making in dynamic, fast-changing environments

▪ Contribute to maintaining service quality, safety, and operational efficiency

REQUIREMENTS
