Lift Mechanic

Full Time, year-round with benefits

Job Summary: Perform general and preventative maintenance and repair of lifts under the direction of the lift Maintenance Supervisor.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adhere to and comply with Bristol Mountain policies and procedures
  • Adhere to and comply with all safety guidelines
  • Clean valid NYS Driver’s License
  • Safely operate vehicles – Work truck, snowmobiles, ATV’s, etc.
  • Uses appropriate PPE as required.
  • Working on and climbing lift towers to the height of 50’
  • Working with moving machinery
  • Rigging • Working with high pressure hydrauli]
  • Troubleshooting and working around low voltage
  • Working with cleaning solvents, grease, and oils
  • Safely work with shop tools including but not limited to: Hydraulic press, parts washer grinders, drill press, band saw and hand tools
Requirements:

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be 18 or old • Flexible schedule (includes weekends) during peak times
  • Available for special events held year-round
  • Working outside in Winter/Summer during adverse condition
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanical and/or electrical experience
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Stay on duty till work is done
  • Has a positive, friendly attitude working around other staff & guests
