Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Premier Accounts Manager - Professional Events Services (PES) to join our ever-evolving Greater Giving team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you'll own
  • Lead event planning and execution
    Coordinate and manage onsite software support services for 200+ fundraising events annually, ensuring operational excellence and successful event outcomes.

  • Serve as a trusted client partner
    Act as the primary point of contact for premier nonprofit clients, providing proactive communication, consultation, and a high-touch service experience.

  • Support onsite event delivery
    Attend select events (minimum 6-10), guide onsite coordinators, and troubleshoot issues in real time to ensure smooth execution.

  • Collaborate across teams
    Partner with customer success, sales, product, and other internal teams to align on client needs and deliver exceptional results.

  • Manage operations and administration
    Oversee scheduling, agreements, invoicing, and event documentation while maintaining accurate records across internal systems.

What you'll bring
