Job description

Student Success Coach
ThrivePoint High School (Arizona)
Position Overview
The mission for this role is to be team members who provide students access to a quality high school education through the ThrivePoint system. Student Success Coaches have a genuine passion for supporting at-risk students. They believe ALL students can be successful when given access to opportunities to identify, build, and achieve their academic and personal goals with proper support.
Responsibilities:
  • Work daily with student in-person and virtually
  • Work closely with content teacher
  • Ensure that students are completing assigned tasks
  • Ensure that students receive appropriate support and interventions
  • The Student Success Coach will guide students using standardized benchmarks, review course progress
  • Communicate with student, parents, teachers and site leadership
  • Hours are 7:30 pm to 4:00 pm
Qualifications:
  • Associates degree would be preferable
  • Must have a High School Diploma
  • Must have current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
