Job description

Job description:

About us

Humble Coaching teaches people how to build a real estate business. Not theory. Deals, closed by actual students.

We run live events and a daily virtual coaching school. Our coaching ladder runs from someone's first deal to a business that runs without them.

Small team. Fast moving. No bureaucracy.

We're a meritocracy. Titles are earned, not handed out. Do the job well and there's real room to grow here, we're building something much bigger than what exists today.

The role

We're hiring the person who owns whether our students actually succeed.

You run the student experience end to end, and you manage the team that delivers it. A small team across customer support, program coordination, and live sessions, plus our coaching contractors.

You are not a support rep with a title. You are measured on your team's output, not your own. If you spend the weekend doing five jobs yourself, that's a failure, not a win.

What you own

  • Quality control across the student journey. You find the gaps before students do.
  • Deal cadence. Students are expected to be making offers on a set rhythm. You track it and escalate when it slips.
  • Customer service standards. No missed messages. Urgent issues get answered fast.
  • Your team. Their clarity, their growth, their numbers.
  • A weekly report. What's broken, what you're doing about it, what you need from someone else.

Requirements

  • You have managed a team before. Real direct reports, real performance conversations. This one is not negotiable, we don't train people into management here.
  • Comfortable in a CRM. We use GoHighLevel and we'll train you on it.
  • Strong communication. You'll be our front facing support for all students.
  • Located in the Phoenix metro area and able to be in person 1-2 days per week

You're a fit if

  • You bring three options, not one problem
  • You say the hard thing out loud. If your team is failing, you tell them, then you fix it.
  • You notice the typo, the gap, the message nobody answered
  • You're good on camera. Most of this job happens on Zoom.
  • You're fine when the role changes mid-quarter. It will.

You're not a fit if

  • You'd rather be liked than be accurate
  • You do the work yourself instead of getting the team to do it
  • "Detail oriented" is on your resume but you didn't proofread it

How we work

Six things we hire, review, promote, and fire on, our core values:

  • Clarity - Your work is easy to understand. Communication is direct.
  • Speed - You move quickly. Things get acted on, not held.
  • Dependability - If it's assigned, it gets done. No reminders, no chasing.
  • Care - You take pride in your work. Students, brand, and team are treated with respect.
  • Adaptability - New tools, new direction, absorbed without resistance.
  • Results - Every goal has a number. Learn your KPIs, don't make excuses.

Give me the data, not the drama. Show me, don't tell me.

Benefits:

  • Work from home
  • Work Location: Hybrid remote in Glendale, AZ 85308

Salary Range is 45-55k per year
