  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR Partners
  • Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of executive development strategy and programs
  • Own Executive Leader Orientation
  • Design and facilitate executive learning experiences, leadership sessions, workshops, training sessions, and executive briefings
  • Consult on individual development plans for executive successors and high-potential leaders
  • Provide executive coaching
  • Lead talent development, talent planning, workforce pathing, and skills programs
  • Provide strategic guidance for talent management programs aligned with organizational strategy
  • Identify innovation opportunities and develop solutions for current and future issues
  • Use external research, benchmarking, business analysis, evidence-based practices, and data-driven insights to improve programs
  • Create and manage project lifecycles, milestones, timelines, resources, scope, risks, and deliverables
  • Maintain statistics and reports; present operational and program recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
  • Plan and implement change management approaches and communication plans
  • Conduct post-project and post-program evaluations and incorporate feedback into future iterations
  • Lead and collaborate with peers and senior leadership across Banner Health
  • Participate in or lead taskforces supporting talent strategies and facility activities
  • Serve as a knowledge, quality, and process subject matter expert
  • Lead talent management solutions and programs that enhance team member development and growth
  • Provide leadership and mentorship in talent management, change management, communication, research, data analysis, and program implementation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and seven years of progressively increasing responsibility
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of talent development, talent planning, or workforce pathing
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical ability to interpret data, assess trends, and make recommendations
  • Strong personal computer skills, including extensive experience with office desktop applications
  • Eight years of experience in learning and development, adult learning principles, coaching, leadership development models, facilitation skills, talent planning, and workforce pathing preferred
  • Certification in coaching, learning, or talent development preferred
  • Experience in people leadership preferred
  • Additional related education and/or experience preferred
  • Must live close enough to commute into Phoenix Metro area facilities, including the Corporate office
  • Mondayโ€“Friday, 8:30 AMโ€“5:30 PM work schedule
