We are seeking a Director of Marketing & Sales to lead commercial growth across the recreational marine and marina infrastructure markets. This role is responsible for driving revenue through direct sales to boaters and strategic engagement with marina ownership and management.

The ideal candidate brings a strong track record selling marine products or services, understands marina operating dynamics, and is highly effective in face-to-face, relationship-driven sales environments such as marinas, boat shows, and waterfront facilities.

A substantial portion of total compensation is performance-based, directly tied to revenue generation and subscription sales.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing and Sales Leadership

  • Drive direct sales systems to boaters within marinas

  • Develop and execute strategies to convert marina environments into high-performing sales channels

  • Close 3-year subscription agreements with customers

  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline through in-person engagement and targeted outreach

Marina Engagement

  • Establish relationships with marina owners, general managers, and dockmasters

  • Implement and scale commission-based partnership programs with marinas

  • Navigate marina operational concerns and align company solutions with their business objectives

Marketing Execution

  • Lead localized, high-impact marketing efforts at:
