A Subrogation Recovery Analyst is a professional who investigates and manages insurance claims where a third party may be responsible for the loss. Their main role is to recover funds from responsible parties or their insurers on behalf of their employer, usually an insurance company. These challenges are typically addressed by leveraging detailed documentation, collaborating closely with legal teams and adjusters, and using specialized claims management software. Continuous learning about evolving insurance laws and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders also play a key role in overcoming these hurdles.
