Studio Manager - BODY20 As a Studio Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive daily and weekly membership sales by generating organic leads, building strong community connections, and creating a high-performance sales culture. You will be the face of the studio-leading from the front, closing memberships, and developing a team that consistently hits goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead from the front by consistently meeting or exceeding your personal daily and weekly sales goals, while holding the team accountable to studio targets.
  • Hire, train, and manage a high-performing, sales-driven team focused on conversions, community engagement, and excellent member experience.
  • Implement daily lead generation strategies, including outreach, referral programs, and grassroots marketing (local partnerships, pop-ups, events).
  • Oversee in-studio operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience for prospects and members at all times.
  • Maintain a regular cadence of sales role-play, training, and coaching sessions to continuously elevate team performance.
  • Collaborate with corporate and marketing teams to execute presale and grand opening campaigns, as well as ongoing sales drivers and promotional strategies.
  • Organize and attend community and in-studio events designed to drive lead volume and boost brand visibility.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (leads, conversions, referrals, revenue), taking action to course correct when needed.
  • Engage on social platforms and ensure team participation in studio-level marketing efforts, such as testimonial campaigns and member spotlights.
  • Ensure adherence to BODY20's systems, sales processes, and compliance standards.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience in a high-performance environment (fitness, wellness, or membership-based service preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed sales goals consistently
  • 2+ years in customer service or member-facing roles
  • Prior experience with community marketing or lead generation campaigns
  • Experience managing a location generating $600K+ in annual revenue
  • Proficient with CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
