Job description

Who we are:

Financeit is a point-of-sale financing provider serving some of the largest home improvement and retail organizations in Canada.

Our platform helps businesses close more sales by offering customers affordable monthly payment options for their next big home improvement, vehicle or retail purchase.

We are small enough that you can make an impact within the company and large enough to make an impact in the market.

Financeit is a company where collaboration, inclusivity, fairness, and respect aren’t just ideas that get talked about, but are part of who we are. If such a workplace intrigues you, we hope you’ll join us.

About the role:

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to serve as a forward-thinking technologist, "hands-on" builder, and strategic architect. In this role, you will report to the Director of Data Solutions and take ownership of the strategic roadmap and technical implementation for our Sales and Marketing tech stack, including Salesforce and Pardot.

This is a high-impact technical role, requiring both deep CRM expertise and the ability to leverage modern automation tools to drive growth. While you'll be hands-on in Salesforce and Pardot, you will also be our resident expert on scaling our revenue tech stack—knowing how to optimize workflows and connect systems to fully automate and streamline our revenue engine.

What you'll be doing:

1. Hands-on Platform Execution & Administration

  • Direct Configuration: Act as a "builder" by designing and maintaining complex Salesforce Flows, custom objects, validation rules, and permission sets.
  • Pardot Architecture: Drive hands-on management of Pardot (Account Engagement), including Engagement Studio programs, scoring/grading models, and advanced email templates.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Serve as the senior escalation point for complex sync errors, technical constraints, and data discrepancies.

2. Strategy, Process & Digital Transformation

  • Architect the Ecosystem: Design and own the technical roadmap for the revenue tech stack, ensuring systems are synced, scalable, and optimized to streamline the revenue engine.
  • Project Delivery: Develop high-quality, organized project plans. Identify risks and present proactive response plans to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Rapidly navigate new technology areas, identify critical issues, and drive digital transformation initiatives through to closure.

3. Data Integrity & Analytics

  • Data Hygiene: Implement data hygiene standards, automated cleansing, and governance across GTM tools.
  • Reporting & Attribution: Build high-level dashboards in Salesforce and BI tools to track critical KPIs like CAC, LTV, and ROI.
  • Attribution Implementation: Configure multi-touch attribution models to accurately reflect marketing and sales impact on revenue.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales/Marketing Operations with a track record of "builder" roles.
  • Knowledge of SaaS technologies or demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams on complex technology programs with Agile and Scrum development methodologies, project/program framework best practices, tools, and techniques.
  • Deep RevOps experience; strong understanding of SMB B2B SaaS go-to-market strategy, processes, pipelines, and technology.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, Revenue.io and experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Mode Analytics.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate business goals into scalable technical builds.

Benefits

Winner of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures, twice. We offer more than just the basics, take advantage of:

  • An award-winning culture with a collaborative & inclusive team.
  • Competitive pay and performance-based bonus:
    • Annual Base Salary: $100,000 - $130,000
    • Annual Bonus: 20%
  • Committed to flexible work arrangements, offering hybrid workplace options.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage + Lifestyle Account.
  • RRSP Matching and Parental Leave Top UP Program.
  • In office massage, meditation & workout sessions.
  • Virtual events such as Lunch & Learns, company parties, fun team activities and charity initiatives.
