Job description

REFORMD (By Sweat & Tonic) is Toronto’s newest & largest-capacity premium Lagree Method studio—designed for high performance, high standards, and high energy. We’re seeking a professioinal, passionate and detail-driven Studio Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team and deliver an exceptional guest experience from the moment clients walk through our doors. The supervisor is responsible for all front and back of house operations while on shift including managing the front desk team, opening/closing the facility and making sure a premium brand experience is delivered for all guests. As part of the Front of House team, you will assist guests and build positive and lasting relationships with our incredible community.

Compensation:

  • $50,000-$55,000 base salary based on experience

Overview of Duties:

  • Assigned "keyholder" to open and/or close the facility.
  • Lead daily "pre-shift" meetings - brief staff on the upcoming day and week, brief team members with later start times 1-1.
  • Lead the FOH and BOH shift teams to deliver premium brand experience on all shifts.
  • Plan shifts, delegate operational duties to the rest of the team.
  • Deliver guest services in line with standard operating procedure.
  • Administrate account enquires via phone, email and in-person.
  • The on-duty "go to" for guest recovery situations.
  • Troubleshooting A/V and facilities issues in fitness studios.
  • Report on shift daily through written communication log with management team.
  • Monitor and maintain overall studio presentation, cleanliness, and brand standards throughout shifts.
  • Coordinate with instructors, FOH, BOH, and external vendors to ensure smooth studio operations.
  • Support onboarding and training of new FOH team members on systems, SOPs, and guest experience expectations.
  • Ensure all opening and closing checklists are completed accurately and consistently.
  • Assist with achieving studio KPIs including retention, guest satisfaction, retail performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor class flow, check-ins, late arrivals, waitlists, and studio capacity to ensure seamless operations.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented environment while holding staff accountable to performance and hospitality standards.
  • Process payments, retail transactions, food & beverage sales, and account adjustments within internal systems.
  • Track, organize, and maintain retail, consumable, and operational inventory levels.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and proactively implement solutions to improve studio flow and guest experience.

The successful candidate will work approximately 40 scheduled hours per week. The candidate must have availability Sunday - Thursday from 6.00am - 2pm and on select evenings and weekends as required.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of customer service, administration, and/or hospitality experience with a premium brand.
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory position leading a small team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented
  • Personal interest in health and fitness a plus
