Key Responsibilities

Membership & Sales

• Own membership acquisition — converting walk-ins, enquiries and corporate leads into members

• Drive retention through genuine member relationships and proactive follow-up

• Track membership numbers, class utilization and revenue against targets

Community & Client Experience

• Welcome every client by name and build the community culture that defines the brand globally

• Maintain accurate member profiles and ensure every interaction is personal and consistent

Studio & Operations

• Take ownership of every detail of the studio environment — equipment setup, lighting, presentation and atmosphere — so every member's experience matches the brand standard

• Manage day-to-day operations — client enquiries, scheduling, staff rostering, social media and newsletters

• Manage studio systems via Hapana software — check-ins, memberships, payments and reporting

• Lead, motivate and develop the instructor team

Teaching

• Deliver 2+ classes per week to a high standard once Academy certified

• Provide confident cueing and form correction throughout every session

Requirements

• Two plus years of proven experience in a client-facing, sales and fitness leadership role

• Strong commercial instincts — you know how to convert a conversation into a commitment

• Confident building relationships with businesses and organizations — corporate outreach experience is a plus

• Excellent communicator, highly organized, with genuine warmth with people

• A background in fitness or movement — Pilates, reformer, personal training or group fitness

• Social media Savvy and local marketing experience

• Current First Aid certification

• Self-motivated and comfortable with real accountability

• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings and weekends
