South College is seeking a Anthology Systems Analyst to join the Information Technology Team!
Responsibilities
  • Set the vision and roadmap for institutional student information systems, systems architecture, and enterprise data.
  • Lead the integration of business applications to support enrollment, academic success, and operational decision-making.
  • Design and maintain an enterprise architecture framework that ensures system scalability, interoperability, and performance.
  • Guide the evolution and modernization of the college's technical landscape, including ERP, CRM, SIS, and data warehouse environments.
  • Oversee the standardization of API strategies and platform integration.
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure data quality, accessibility, and security.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management across technical teams.
  • Manage project lifecycles from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Partner with academic, administrative, and IT leaders to optimize digital workflows and system integrations.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, agility, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Champion the adoption of new technologies through structured change management and user engagement.

Requirements
Education
  • B.S. Degree in Computer Science or related technical field

Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of enterprise architecture in higher education with focus on Anthology student information systems (SIS)
  • Proven success with responsibility for systems integration, data governance, and business intelligence for student information systems
  • Extensive experience designing enterprise-scale data and application architectures.
  • Strong command of data modeling, data warehousing, and student information systems
  • Track record of driving digital transformation and implementing modern architecture in complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to align IT strategy with institutional goals.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
