STUDENT HOUSING MARKETING SPECIALIST


POSITION SUMMARY

This position will support the leasing and brand awareness initiatives for our student housing communities. This role focuses on developing and executing marketing campaigns that attract and engage prospective student residents, while enhancing the overall resident experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Lead the creative marketing process and digital presence of Student Housing communities.

·         Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive traffic and leasing conversions.

·         Develop engaging digital content for social media platforms.

·         Plan and execute on-campus and community marketing events.

·         Build partnerships with universities, student organizations, and local businesses.

·         Create marketing materials such as flyers, email campaigns, and digital ads.

·         Track and report on marketing performance metrics (traffic, leads, conversions).

·         Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging tools and platforms to keep the marketing strategy innovative and competitive.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous student housing marketing experience required.
  • Demonstratable skills with Adobe Premiere and Photoshop and the rest of the Adobe Creative Suite are a must.
  • Previous multi-family residential marketing experience required.
  • 2- or 4-year degree in Business/Marketing/Communications (or similar).
  • Intermediate to Advanced Computer skills.
  • Social Media Marketing/Digital Media online expertise.
  • Experience with Entrada is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Creative, innovative and analytical skills required.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Project and event managements skills are a plus.
