Position Specific Summary
To work various performances/events of the Corcoran School of the Arts & Design; ranging from Theatre, Dance or Music performances, lectures from visiting scholars, and openings of Art Exhibits. Responsibilities range from setting up equipment, preparing wayfaring signage, checking in & assisting our guests and may include regular office hours with one of the Corcoran Programs, including scheduling rooms, preparing Social Media postings, compiling copy for event programs, record guest lectures, upload recordings of performances/lectures, and other administrative tasks. Quick thinking, good organizational skills and keeping one's cool a plus! Event locations range from the Flagg Building to the University Student Center. Position is busiest near the end of each semester. 
Standard Position Description
The student will perform basic administrative and logistical tasks supporting events. Tasks may include: event registration and check in, guest/patron services, scheduling of events, assisting with event set up and take down, participate in the creation and/or distribution of event materials. Special projects or other duties may be assigned related to specific departmental needs.
