Description:     Student Data Manager
                                205-day position 
                                Salary:   $23,785 base salary  (salary based on verified previous full-time
                                                            experience and education)  
Location: Darlington Middle School
Available: 2026 - 2027 School Year

FLSA Status:    Non-Exempt
Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong typing skills required
  • One (1) year computer experience required

          Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
Responsible To: Principal 
 


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and inputting data; generating reports; preparing and processing a variety of documents and records; maintaining student records in designated software application; tracking student data and programs; maintenance of accurate attendance records for students; responding to inquiries from students, parents, district staff, and SC State Department of Education and Federal Systems
  • Perform general office duties (i.e. answering the telephone, greeting visitors, distributing mail, copying, and maintaining office machines) necessary for the efficient operation of the school office
  • Perform other duties as assigned
