Primary Purpose:
Manage the district webstore, ensuring accurate setup, maintenance, and functionality. Provide comprehensive support to district staff by fulfilling student data information needs, including data access, reporting, troubleshooting, and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, statistics, data analysis, mathematics, or a related field preferred
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Advanced knowledge of district SIS platform related to enrollment, scheduling, student pathways, and annual rollover processes
Experience managing district-wide webstore platforms, implementing product setup, pricing structures, payment processing, transaction monitoring and diagnosing and resolving issues across SIS platforms and webstore systems
Use of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data validation), reporting tools, and data reconciliation processes
Experience importing/exporting data between systems
Ability to generate custom reports for campuses, departments, and compliance needs with accuracy and speed
Ability to create clear, detailed technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures to support student information systems and webstore processes
Knowledge of Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS)
Experince:
Two (2) years minimum in technology related experience in an education environment
