    • Temporary hourly-intermittent student assistant position available in Ethnic Studies Department.
    • Start Date
    • Position available on or after September 14, 2026 and ending on or before May 31, 2027. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance.
    • Job Description/Duties
    • Duties include but are not limited to:
      • Design and create flyers for department events and announcements using Canva or similar tools.
      • Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries about the Ethnic Studies Department.
      • Greet students and visitors, providing assistance as needed.
      • Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as organizing materials and maintaining department resources.
      • Support social media efforts by sharing department events and updates.
      • Other duties as assigned.

    • Preferred Qualifications:
