We are looking for an experienced IT Director to oversee all IT functions in our company. This person will be in charge of the IT team and will be experienced in creating and implementing IT policies and systems that will meet objectives.

The IT Director will collaborate to create an IT strategy based on corporate objectives and a mission to deliver innovative solutions to seize business opportunities. The IT Director will also cultivate relationships with all departments developing an understanding of cross-functional business processes and a roadmap to improve them.

Responsibilities
  • Design Foundation-wide technology initiatives and budgets to drive value aligned with company strategy
  • Direct a team of IT professionals by setting objectives, determining metric criteria, analyzing data, establishing IT budgets and overseeing operations of server systems risks by ensuring that systems and processes are in place to safeguard sensitive information pursuant to applicable law and best practices.
  • Create and implement tools, metrics, policies and processes.
  • Streamline services and operations by assessing, understanding, and harmonizing technology resources and needs among all departments.
  • Structure the inception, maturation, and implementation of high-profile technology initiatives according to budget.
  • Demonstrated strong budget development and oversight skills. Skilled alternative modelling with ROI and TCO methodologies.
Skillset:
  • Minimum 8 years of recent experience directly managing and supporting individual Technical Program Managers in a cloud, modern IT organization
  • Minimum 15 years of hands-on technical project / program management experience within a Business Systems or SaaS environment implementing systems, software and integrations solutions
  • Strong business acumen and familiarity with a broad range of business processes, and has worked directly with Business System Analysts, Business Engagement Leads and Business Process Owners
  • Conversant with regulatory compliance requirements, such as SOC and GDPR
