Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and psychological health, utilizing standardized assessment tools and questionnaires.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs and therapeutic goals, regularly adjusting these plans based on progress and feedback.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, through individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Monitor client progress meticulously, employing a variety of metrics and tools to track outcomes, and making treatment adjustments as necessary.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, offering timely support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress or crisis situations.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, comprehensive care.
  • Remain current with advances in mental health treatment methodologies and research to enhance therapeutic effectiveness and client outcomes.
  • Engage in ongoing supervision, peer support, and professional development to continually refine clinical skills.
