Job description

ImpactAs a Manager, Pricing Strategy, you will be responsible for assessing the overall pricing health of the business through financial metrics, customer value and price perception, sales, margin, and price elasticity. You will leverage strong executional skills to manage the design and implementation of pricing tests, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement pricing strategies and business rules for retail partners.
While no two days are the same, you will develop reporting and dashboards to analyze and track progress on strategic pricing initiatives. You will provide key inputs into the development of best-in-class scalable pricing tools, data, and processes in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Data Science. Additionally, you will partner heavily with Product, Data Science, Partner Success, and Finance to ensure complete alignment on pricing strategy and the execution of these strategies.
What You'll Need to Be Successful
  • You have 5+ years of work experience in retail or relevant business experience with an emphasis in the area of pricing strategy, capabilities, and tools.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
  • You have demonstrable experience delivering high-impact pricing strategies, programs, execution, and analysis in a transformational environment.
  • You are a strategic thinker with innovative problem-solving skills and strong analytical and financial acumen to make recommendations that support enterprise goals.
  • You have strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and with high-level stakeholders.
  • You have the ability to work successfully in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and strong decision-making, project management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • You have experience with SQL (Postgres and Snowflake) and a Business Intelligence tool (e.g., Tableau).

Pay Range: $75,200 - $120,000
