Job description

Role Overview:

The Strategy and Planning Analyst is responsible for assisting in several key functions of the department: (1) Board of Directors and Committee Engagements, (2) Corporate and Growth Strategy (3) Enterprise Business Plan and (4) Office of the CEO/President Support. The Analyst will build expertise in strategic planning, business planning, analytics, competitive analysis, market research, and M&A evaluation. This role provides support to ensure Board agendas, materials, and follow-ups are tightly aligned to strategic priorities and executed with a high degree of quality and reliability. The individual will help shape and synthesize enterprise strategy, support development and consolidation of the Enterprise Business Plan and related market/functional plans, and translate complex inputs into clear, executive-ready narratives. The position requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive deliverables that span Board governance, strategic initiatives, and CEO-sponsored projects.

Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid = Associate must be in the Newtown Square, PA, office at least three (3) days per week, including core days of Tuesdays and Wednesdays

Responsibilities:

  • Supports Directors and Managers
  • Develops slide decks and storylines
  • Conducts research
  • Develops analyses/models (e.g. market analysis, competitor analysis, industry sizing, projections)
  • Designs standardized templates
  • Completes progress reports for projects
  • Takes meeting notes and summarizes key action items and next steps

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree required. Specialization in Health Care Administration, Marketing, Business, or Finance preferred
  • At least one to three(1-3) years related experience in a strategy or research-related field with market analysis and health care industry experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated interest in health care
