Job Summary
The Strategy Planning Analyst will support the Strategy & Planning Manager in analyzing business performance, developing strategic initiatives, and executing planning projects for the global EV business. This role focuses on data analysis, market research, and cross-functional coordination to support informed decision-making and long-term growth.
Job Description
  • -Support strategic planning activities, including market research, competitive analysis, and internal performance analysis.
  • -Assist in preparing financial models, forecasts, and business cases to support strategic initiatives.
  • -Track KPIs and support reporting on business performance and strategic project progress.
  • -Support execution of strategic projects by coordinating with cross-functional and global teams.
  • -Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for management meetings and executive reviews.
  • -Collect, analyze, and summarize data to support new business opportunities and operational improvements.
  • -Provide ad-hoc analysis and planning support as needed.
Qualifications
  • -Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • -3?5 years of relevant experience in strategy planning, corporate planning, business analysis, or consulting.
  • -Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • -Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools is a plus.
  • -Fluent in Korean and English (both written and verbal).
  • -Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
