The Role

Assist in the development of strategic multimedia plans and marketing recommendations. Work with the team in all phases of the planning process, including research, creation, implementation, and stewardship.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and support the creation, execution and stewardship of strategic multimedia market plans. Work closely with the team in all phases of the planning process and support/coordinate the day-to-day maintenance of the plans and business.
  • Assist in the development of strategic plans/presentations/recommendations across all media channels
  • Assist in the evaluation of media opportunities and development of agency POVs
  • Utilize research and planning tools to gather insights and support for agency recommendations
  • Assist in the maintenance of plans in Strata and other media software/tools
  • Work collaboratively both internally and externally to properly steward local media activities
  • Assist in the regular maintenance of media plan reporting (Flowcharts, Budget Summaries, etc.)
  • Represent Canvas Worldwide professionally with clients and within the industry
  • Be proactive: Show an interest in constantly learning and growing
  • Maintains a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures; acts to ensure that staff members understand and comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Communicates and coordinates with management regarding scheduling, staffing, equipment, record keeping, and related matters, to ensure smooth delivery of services; meets with management to discuss customer service, initiatives, and related issues.
  • Reviews required reports for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Performs tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for assignment.
  • Can on occasion be requested to perform duties relative to occasional assignments outside of the "normal" business office hours when necessary.

Qualifications

  • PC proficient and familiarity with MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload / project deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Current or previous internship within media / marketing services company a plus
  • Strong interest in media strategy / marketing communications

$48,000 - $48,000 a year

Salary and Benefits

Actual base salary is determined upon factors such as experience, qualifications, training, certifications, and internal equity. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Base salary is part of a total rewards package that includes highly competitive benefits like generous medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, commuter benefits, disability and life insurance coverage, 401(k) matching, up to 14 holidays per year, a "Do Good Day," and unlimited PTO.

In-Office Work Schedule

This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 3 days in-office per week.
