CrowdStrike is seeking a Sales Operations Support Analyst to join our AMS

Corporate Sales Strategy & Operations team. This role will directly support the

Senior Sales Operations Analysts in delivering operational excellence to our

AMS Sales organization. The successful candidate will assist with data

management, reporting, and process implementation to enable the team

to drive strategic initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to

What You'll Do:

Provide Direct Support to Senior Sales Operations Analysts:**

  • Assist with data collection, cleansing, and organization to support senioranalysts' strategic projects

  • Help implement and maintain sales processes designed by the team

  • Collaborate with senior analysts to ensure timely delivery of insights to sale leadership

Support Sales Performance Tracking:

  • Help maintain dashboards and reports that track key sales metrics

  • Assist with data validation to ensure accuracy in performance reporting

  • Support the senior team in identifying trends and anomalies in sales data

Assist with Reporting and Administrative Tasks:

  • Generate and distribute routine reports for the AMS sales organization

  • Maintain sales operations documentation and knowledge base

System and Tool Support:

  • Assist with data entry and maintenance in Salesforce and other systems

  • Support the implementation of new tools and processes as directed by senior analysts

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in a support role, preferably in sales operations orbusiness operations

  • Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and SaaS business models

  • Proficiency with MS Excel and data management

  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred

  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools is a plus (Domo, Tableau, Clari)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent team player with good communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the sales operations function
