We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to join our HR Strategy & Operations team. This role is essential for helping our clients navigate the complexities of human resources transformation by leveraging innovative strategies and technologies to drive organizational change and enhance HR service delivery.

What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Manager within our Human Capital Advisory practice you will work collaboratively as part of dynamic, high-performing teams to deliver impactful outcomes for clients and internal initiatives.; Consult with clients to understand the impact of disruption on the work, worker and workplace and help them define their ambition and strategy for transforming the workplace of the future; Identify and solve problems using analysis, experience and judgement and provide meaningful solutions and expertise; Effectively organize and communicate information in compelling ways, including developing deliverables and facilitating meetings and working sessions; Actively contribute to continuing to grow yourself and the Workforce Transformation practice both regionally and nationally.

We partner with HR and business leaders to advise, implement, and sustain the HR investment portfolio through operating models process, automation, technology selections, vendor partner strategies, and skills and capabilities to achieve workforce and business outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of relevant experience in a human resources role or equivalent, including progressively responsible roles in management and consulting
  • Experienced and proven track record in business development and sales
  • Deliver exceptional client service by maximizing results and driving high performance from people, while also fostering collaboration across businesses and borders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi priorities and deliver commitments on time.
  • Influence clients, teams and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships
  • Providing organizational readiness support. Develop your expertise in a specialization and your reputation as a business advisor
  • Passion for HR, including staying up to date with trends and the market and you have an active interest in changing what HR will look like in 10 to 15 years
  • Understand key objectives for clients and Deloitte, and align people to them to set appropriate priorities and direction

The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $234,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
