Regional Operations Director
Lead Teams. Build Leaders. Deliver Exceptional Service.
Location: Northern Virginia (DMV Region)
Salary: Competitive base salary + performance bonus + benefits
Range of $120,000-145,000

Our Virginia operation has an experienced team, established processes, and a strong reputation. What we're looking for now is a regional leader who can bring consistency, accountability, coaching, and operational excellence across multiple locations.

What You'll Do
  • You'll serve as the operational leader responsible for multiple moving locations throughout Northern Virginia.
  • Provide leadership for a regional team of approximately 50–65 employees, including managers, team leads, and field staff. Ensuring every team has accountability and support to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You will:
  • Lead, coach and develop location managers
  • Create accountability through clear expectations and follow-through
  • Monitor operational performance, productivity and profitability
  • Improve customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Analyze KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support hiring, onboarding and leadership development
  • Partner with franchise ownership on strategic initiatives
  • Help managers solve problems while empowering them to own results
  • Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on teamwork and continuous improvement
Travel regularly between regional locations
