Job description

Job Title: Executive Business Scaling Strategist

Company: Scaling.com

Compensation: $201,000-$210,000 (W2)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Remote

Reports To: Lead Strategist

THE ROLE

Scaling.com is the world's only Scaling Advisory firm. We do not coach. We do not consult. We deliver transformation through a proprietary framework, dedicated expert Strategists, and a community of committed entrepreneurs, with one promise: 10x your business in three years or less.

A Scaling Strategist is the person who makes that promise real.

You are a trained expert in The Scaling Framework (Frame, Floor, Focus), accountable to one outcome: the Scaler's 10x goal. You are here to apply a proven methodology to a specific business, identify the highest-leverage moves, and hold a committed entrepreneur accountable to executing them.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

  • Dr. Benjamin Hardy / Organizational psychologist, NYT bestselling author of The Science of Scaling, and the intellectual architect of the Scaling Framework.
  • Blake Erickson / Co-founder of Scaling.com, co-author of The Science of Scaling, and operator who has lived the framework from the inside.
  • A dedicated roster of 30 to 35 Scalers / Business owners and CEOs doing $1M+ in annual revenue, each committed to a specific 10x goal in three years or less.

YOUR SCALERS

Every Scaler on your roster has self-selected through a rigorous Enrollment Assessment. They have read The Science of Scaling, declared a specific 10x goal, and made a financial and psychological commitment to executing the framework. They are not looking for support. They are looking for a strategic partner who will tell them the truth, identify their highest constraint, and hold them accountable to doing something about it.

  • Run businesses doing $1M+ in annual revenue
  • Founders, CEOs, and entrepreneurial leaders who are driven, decisive, and results-obsessed
  • Hold a declared, time-bound 10x goal and expect to be held to it
  • Bring their highest-leverage challenges to every session. Not updates, but decisions.
  • Expect radical candor, precision, and a Strategist who has been where they are

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You own your Scalers' outcomes. When they progress, you delivered. When they stall, you act. That accountability is total and non-negotiable.

  • Lead monthly one-on-one Strategy Sessions with each Scaler, applying Frame, Floor, and Focus to their specific highest-leverage challenge. Make commitments. Set precise accountability.
  • Use ScalerAI intelligence to arrive at every session fully prepared. No catch-up. No status updates. Every session starts at the highest point of the conversation.
  • Monitor Scaler progress between sessions and act on early signals. Missed commitments, declining engagement, and stalling results are Strategist problems before they become Scaler problems.
  • Participate in bi-weekly Group Scaling Sessions alongside Dr. Benjamin Hardy and Blake Erickson.
  • Attend two in-person Scaling Events per year. Non-negotiable.
  • Log every commitment, decision, and action in ScalerAI after every session. This is how the accountability system works.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Strategist systems, session frameworks, and member experience as the Advisory scales.

HOW YOU WILL BE MEASURED

Strategists are measured transparently, continuously, and without exception. The scoreboard is visible. The bar does not lower.

  • Scaler Progression Rate / The percentage of your Scalers advancing toward their 10x goal on schedule. This is the primary metric.
  • Retention Rate / Reviewed monthly. Scalers who churn before year three represent a delivery failure, not a Scaler failure.
  • ScalerAI Compliance / Every session logged, every commitment captured. Non-compliance breaks the accountability system.
  • Scaler Feedback / Collected regularly and fed directly into your performance profile.
  • Performance Ranking / Strategists are ranked by results. Scoreboards raise floors.

TRAINING AND ONBOARDING

90-day training and onboarding period. Compensation ramps during this period, with full salary upon successful completion. Training includes:

  • Deep immersion in The Science of Scaling: the full framework, intellectual foundation, and language required to apply it with precision.
  • Live case study work applying Frame, Floor, and Focus to real business scenarios across industries, revenue levels, and founder profiles.
  • ScalerAI proficiency certification before leading independent sessions.
  • Ongoing calibration through regular training, peer review, and framework updates.

IF YOU ARE READY

We are not looking for volume. We are looking for the right person.

The right Strategist already knows. They have read The Science of Scaling. They recognize the framework because they have lived it in their own businesses, their own ceilings, their own breakthroughs. They are not evaluating this role against other coaching opportunities. They are evaluating whether they are ready to operate at this standard.

If that is you, apply now.

Requirements

Scaling Strategists are not selected because they are good coaches. They are selected because they have built and operated real businesses and have the judgment and credibility to sit across from a $5M founder and tell them what they actually need to hear.

  • You have built or scaled a business yourself. Entrepreneurial operating experience is required, not preferred.
  • You have demonstrated ability to hold leaders accountable under pressure. To their commitments, not just their intentions.
  • You have elite communication and command presence. You can simplify complex strategy and speak the language of serious operators.
  • You are framework-ready. You are not here to deploy your own methodology. You are here to master and apply ours with precision.
  • You operate at Level 4. We > Me is a daily operating standard. Strategists building their own brand inside Scaling.com are not a fit.
  • You are obsessed with Scaler outcomes. The Scaler's success is the Strategist's success. There is no version of Strategist performance that exists without Scaler progression.
  • This is a full-time, exclusive role. Strategists may not engage in outside coaching, consulting, advisory work, or side businesses during their tenure.
  • This role includes a 90-day training, and probationary period to ensure alignment.

Benefits

BENEFITS

  • Paid time off, sick leave, and company holidays
  • Comprehensive onboarding, ongoing professional development, and access to exclusive Scaling.com resources
  • Remote work flexibility with the structure, autonomy, and support to operate at the Strategist standard from anywhere in the U.S.
