**Job Title: Project Manager**

**Company Description:**

C-CAT is a structured cabling company specializing in the installation of voice and data cabling in large commercial office buildings, K-12 Schools, Higher Education, and Warehouses. Based in Indianapolis we complete work in the surrounding areas as well as nationwide to service national clients.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled at leading onsite installation teams to achieve project objectives and deliver successful results. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Review project documentation and create site folder for onsite Project Supervisors
  • Attend project meetings onsite or virtually
  • Perform onsite quality inspections
  • Maintain test documentation and as built drawings
  • Complete project close out visit and generate punch list
  • Track installation progress through supervisor's daily reports
  • Track equipment and tools at each jobsite
  • Assist in material order, check in, and staging for job kick off
  • Manage onsite installations to meet monthly billing projections

**Qualifications:**

  • Proven working experience in project management.
  • Strong understanding of telecom standards.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and/or BICSI Certifications a Plus
