Position Summary 


The Strategic Project Manager is a high-impact, results-driven professional responsible for planning, executing, and delivering enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that support organizational priorities and long-term growth objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, and rigorous project management capabilities. The ideal candidate will partner with senior leaders to translate vision into action, driving critical projects that influence operational efficiency, customer experience, and market expansion.
 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and excels at aligning diverse stakeholders toward a shared goal.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Initiative Management

Lead end-to-end execution of complex, high-visibility projects that align with business goals and corporate strategy.

Work closely with executive sponsors to define initiative scope, objectives, ROI targets, and success metrics.

Deconstruct strategy into actionable workstreams, creating structured work plans and timelines that account for dependencies and resource constraints.


Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership

Partner with functional and departmental leaders to align project plans with business unit priorities.

Influence and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability and timely execution of tasks.

Facilitate steering committees, executive presentations, and working sessions to provide transparency and solicit feedback.


Execution Excellence & PM Best Practices

Apply formal project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, or hybrid) to track progress, manage risks, and control scope, schedule, and costs.

Develop and maintain detailed project documentation: charters, timelines, Gantt charts, stakeholder maps, and communication plans.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment between project outputs and intended business outcomes.


Change Management & Communication

Develop and execute change management strategies to drive adoption and minimize resistance.

Create internal communication plans to inform stakeholders at all levels about project status, outcomes, and next steps.

Serve as a trusted advisor and change agent across business units to foster a culture of continuous improvement.


Operational Impact & Process Improvement

Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and organizational barriers that may impact project success.

Collaborate with internal process owners to redesign workflows and optimize business operations in alignment with project objectives.


Qualifications
