The Opportunity:
The Korean Bilingual Strategic Planning Manager will support business strategy development, performance management, and customer experience innovation initiatives across LG Electronics service operations. This role is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, analyzing business performance, managing key performance indicators, and supporting strategic initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
Fluency in Korean is required for this position.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and execution of strategic plans, operational initiatives, and customer value improvement programs.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report key business KPIs including Customer Satisfaction, NPS, RTAT, Productivity, Reclaim Rate, Service Profitability, and Cost Metrics.
  • Develop executive dashboards, business reviews, and performance reports for leadership, headquarters, and global stakeholders.
  • Interpret data from service operations, VOC, digital platforms, and market research to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Identify customer pain points, operational inefficiencies, and business improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis.
  • Conduct market intelligence, benchmarking, and SWOT analysis to identify competitive advantages and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Field Service, Technical Support, Sales, HQ, and external partners to support business initiatives.
  • Prepare executive presentations, business reviews, and strategic recommendations for leadership decision-making.
  • Support annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and special strategic projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, standardization, and performance management.

Education / Experience (Requirements):
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Strategy Planning, Business Analytics, Consulting, Project Management, Operations, or related functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Experience with Google Data studio, Tableau, SQL, Python, or other analytics tools preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentation capability.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with global stakeholders.
  • Bilingual (English/Korean): must be able to read and write Korean

$110,000-$115,000 USD
