Job description

Standard Job Description This role will be responsible for comprehensive analysis of the RMS portfolio leveraging the value creation framework. This individual will identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations to both LineofBusiness (LoB) partners and RMS leadership. This role blends deep quantitative expertise with strong communication skills to influence strategic portfolio decisions and drive optimal riskadjusted outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: Portfolio Assessment Perform regular quantitative and qualitative reviews of the RMS portfolio, including exposure, profitability, loss ratios, and emerging risk trends. Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical models that track portfolio health against defined KPIs and benchmarks. Strategic Recommendations Synthesize analysis into clear, evidencebased recommendations on portfolio actions such as underwriting guidelines, pricing adjustments, riskmitigation initiatives, and product enhancements.

Present findings and strategic options to LoB stakeholders and RMS senior leadership, highlighting implications for revenue, risk appetite, and market positioning. Data Governance & Integrity Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with internal datamanagement standards. Document analytical methodologies, assumptions, and validation results.

Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline analytical processes, adopt advanced analytics tools, and improve reporting efficiency. Mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and continuous learning. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, or other related field Experience and familiarity with business strategy, project management, and financial analysis Excellent communication and organization skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Powerpoint Desired Skills 5+ Years Experience with portfolio analysis and modeling Exposure to advanced analytics/ AI techniques and tools Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment MBA or other graduate degree in statistics, analysis, mathematics Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $145100.00 - $269500.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people
