This role is a critical role that will support the SAEs as they implement performance improvement and growth strategies across the Commercial, Consumer, and Small Business segments, as well as Capital Markets and Wealth Management.  The position requires a highly skilled executor who understands how to get things done efficiently while working with multiple diverse teams.

Responsibilities:

           Assist in executing strategic initiatives across all affiliate banks and enterprise groups.

           Assist management in partnering with SAEs to drive consistent execution of performance improvement and strategic initiatives across all affiliate banks.

           Assist management in translating strategy into action by developing detailed execution plans with clear milestones, resource requirements, and success metrics. Help drive initiatives with urgency, maintain unified scorecards across segments and affiliates, monitor progress, remove obstacles, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and aligned to desired customer outcomes.

           Assist in coordinating consistent execution and collaboration with the Enterprise enabling groups such as Marketing, Finance, Product, HR, Data, Technology, and Operations.

           Support executive communications by providing clear, timely updates on progress, risks, and achievements.

           Champion a "One Team" culture by fostering alignment to shared company outcomes and modeling collaborative behaviors.

           Define problems and risks with precision, identify root causes, and incorporate frontline perspectives through structured feedback loops to design effective solutions. Work with risk partners to align to enterprise risk frameworks.

Qualifications:

           Requires a Bachelors in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field and 4 years of directly related business line experience, developing and implementing strategic programs/projects, delivering results or other directly related experience.

           A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

           Related system, operational and project management experience highly preferred. 

           Extensive knowledge of strategic initiative processes, procedures, target business line operations, related regulations, processes, and procedures.

           Must have solid change management, organization, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. 

           Strong analysis, project management, problem resolution and critical thinking skills.

           Ability to identify and solve problems.

           Solid time-management skills.

           Ability to work week with all levels of organization, set and reach divisions/department's goals.

           Must be organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task.

           Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness in decision making and problem solving.

           Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
