What you'll own

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager - Strategic Initiatives to lead and drive critical strategic projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing cross-functional teams, ensuring the alignment of project goals with business objectives, and delivering results in a timely and efficient manner.

Program Management:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives and programs.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.

  • Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.

Strategic Alignment:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic objectives and ensure program alignment with organizational goals.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize project outcomes and drive strategic growth.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

  • Facilitate regular meetings and updates with project teams and leadership.

For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $113,600.00-$171,575.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role's responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate's experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary.
