Description CenCore is seeking a Senior Operations Program Manager to lead and support Operations Program Management (OPM) team functions for a secure customer program. This role is responsible for leading critical operational processes, including security project management, operations change management, site start-up management, reporting, documentation, process standardization, audits, and operational communications. The ideal candidate is an experienced operations and project management professional who can assign and coordinate team work, define project scope and business requirements, manage strategic initiatives end to end, and translate complex operational information into clear reports, procedures, job aids, and leadership communications. Key Responsibilities * Lead the Operations Program Management team responsible for critical operational processes, including end-to-end security project management, site start-up management, operations change management, operations bulletin releases, and security operations reporting.
* Document and standardize internal business practices for the OPM team to promote consistency, continuity, compliance, and operational readiness.
* Assign tasks, projects, and rhythm-of-business items to the OPM team and monitor progress against priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
* Assist with initial discovery, intake, scoping, and business requirements definition to prepare OPM-led projects for assignment and execution.
* Compile metrics and prepare productivity reporting for management, including operational data related to security operations, projects, site startups, and program initiatives.
* Identify, recommend, and manage strategic projects end to end to drive process improvements, facilitate risk management, and strengthen operational consistency.
* Provide OPM backfill support and perform OPM duties as needed to maintain continuity of operations.
* Draft and distribute operational communications, including bulletins, updates, and supplemental guidance for security personnel.
