Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology initiatives, with a strong emphasis on ERP systems, business transformation, and strategic programs. This role is responsible for driving successful project execution while partnering with business and IT leaders to maximize the value of enterprise and business segment applications, improve business processes, and enable scalable growth.
In addition to delivery leadership, this role contributes to the maturity of project and portfolio management practices across enterprise IT, helping to advance consistency, governance, and delivery effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Project Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP and core business application initiatives within business segments
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and measurable business outcomes in partnership with stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across business segments, ERP functional areas and technical teams
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery and adoption with minimal business disruption
  • Ensure alignment with organizational governance, change management, and release processes
  • Drive successful transition from project delivery to business adoption and value realization

Collaboration and Communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including IT leadership, business partners, and IT Teams
  • Provide clear and consistent communication on project status, risks, milestones and outcomes
  • Translate technical details into business-relevant insights to support decision-making
  • Facilitate alignment across teams and manage stakeholder expectation

PMO and Continuous Improvement
  • Contribute to the advancement of IT project management practices, standards, and tools
  • Support improvements in project intake, prioritization framework, governance, and reporting
  • Promote consistency, transparency, and accountability in project and program execution
  • Share lessons learned and support continuous improvement across strategic initiatives

Mentorship and Team Support
  • Mentor and support project managers, technical leads, and business analysts as needed
  • Reinforce strong planning, execution, and communication practices
  • Contribute to building a high-performing delivery culture

Education & Experience
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT project management experience delivering complex technology initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, or major core business application initiatives within specific business segments
  • Strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, or supply chain, and how they are enabled by ERP systems
  • Experience managing or contributing to project portfolios, prioritization, or strategic planning
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:
  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • Experience with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
  • Experience with business transformation, change management, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery approaches
  • Experience supporting governance, portfolio management, or PMO functions
  • Familiarity with change management tools and/or methodologies

Work Environment
This position operates in a hybrid work environment, with a combination of on-site office presence and remote work. The role involves primarily sedentary work, with extended periods of sitting and frequent use of computers and standard office equipment. Regular participation in virtual and in-person meetings is required, including collaboration with team members and stakeholders across multiple locations.
Salary Range: $120,000-$140,000 annually
