The Opportunity:
We are seeking a senior-level individual to provide strategic support to grow workload and enable successful program execution, capture on contract growth opportunities, identify new business opportunities, and lead proposal development activities. As a trusted expert, you will help shape and articulate innovative, mission-focused solutions for the Department of War (DoW) and federal customers.
This position demands deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to execute and communicate complex concepts
Responsibilities:
  • Recommend new innovative strategy and approach to new contract growth and on contract growth. The focus will be on IAC MAC and GSA contract growth with some Seaport contract initiatives.
  • Support workload development activities to identify areas of opportunity and work with CACI leadership to grow portfolio.
  • Identify growth opportunities for existing contracts and work to develop outyear opportunities.
  • Achieve strategic growth and deliver strategy aligned to the NSWC Crane Region with a focus on diversifying the CACI contract and customer portfolio.
  • Develops and leads strategy for opportunity transitions to existing contracts. Build customer relationships to steer requirements to a contract solution and to gather contract needs for out year opportunities.
  • Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and Statements of Work (SOWs) to inform solution architecture and develop execution plans.
  • Develop and refine high-level technical concepts of operations (CONOPS), architectures, and discriminators for competitive proposals.
  • Author and review technical volumes and complex technical solutions tailored to solicitation and customer needs.
  • Provide expert consultation on technical discriminators, innovations, best practices, and compliance strategies
  • Participate in solution development workshops, technical storyboard sessions, and color team reviews.
  • Maintain an active awareness of DoD and federal policies, frameworks, standards, and emerging technologies.
  • Support multiple, concurrent efforts with a flexible, mission-first mindset.
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to CACI growth areas.
  • Assist in developing graphics, diagrams, and other visual aids to explain complex technical concepts.
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Collaborate with others within the organization to develop cohesive and all encompassing strategy to target new workload opportunities and growth in new and emerging markets as well as identifying growth opportunities in existing markets.
  • Identify and assess risk areas related to establishing new business.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Engineering, or related discipline).
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in supporting DoW or federal programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft highly technical content for diverse audiences, including evaluators and senior executives.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if not already cleared.

Desired:
  • Master's Degree (Business or related discipline).
  • Active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
  • Experience leading strategy for DoD programs, mission systems, or modernization efforts.
  • Familiarity with cutting-edge technologies, programs, and capabilities.
  • Experience advising senior leadership on growth strategy and successful execution of programs.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
