Job description

The Senior Brand Manager is the strategic owner and growth leader for assigned brand(s), responsible for building long-term brand equity while delivering near-term profitable growth. This role operates with a mini-GM mindset, owning brand strategy, innovation pipeline, go-to-market plans, and business performance—while also leading execution across a complex U.S. retail environment. This position includes people leadership responsibilities, with Brand Managers and/or Associate Brand Managers reporting into the role.

• Brand Strategy & Long-Term Growth
Own the 3–5-year brand vision and strategy aligned to portfolio role and consumer opportunity.
Lead key brand initiatives as they arise, adapting priorities to evolving business needs.
• Business Ownership & Performance Management
Own brand performance across sales, share, velocity, distribution, and profitability, partnering with Finance and RGM to optimize investments and ROI.
• Consumer & Market Insights Leadership
Lead the consumer learning agenda and partner closely with the Consumer Insights team to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Innovation & Portfolio Management
Lead end-to-end innovation strategy and portfolio lifecycle management, from concept to launch and optimization.
• Integrated Marketing, Trade & Go-To-Market
Partner closely with Trade/Shopper Marketing, Media, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and Category Management teams to deliver fully integrated brand and customer plans.
• Sales & Customer Partnership
Act as a strategic brand partner to Sales and customer teams, supporting customer storytelling, sell-in, and activation.
• Global & Cross-Market Collaboration
Partner with brand and marketing teams in other markets to scale best practices, accelerate learning, and support the growth of the Barcel business globally.
• People Leadership & Culture
Lead, coach, and develop team members while reinforcing Barcel USA’s We Value the Person culture.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
MBA preferred.
7–10+ years of progressive experience in CPG Brand Management.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.


Additional Requirements
Travel expected up to 30%, including occasional international travel.
