What You'll Do:
  • Recruit, onboard, retain high-performing team, career development, coaching, mentoring, engagement, recognition.
  • Drive sales and service results, manage expenses within budget; maintain weekly schedules to maximize productivity and service quality.
  • Lead neighbor experience, greeting neighbors loyalty program, and neighbor satisfaction
  • Oversee all store operations: merchandising, inventory, animal care, safety, cleanliness, security, and policy compliance.
  • Represent the store in the community by building partnerships, leading events, and promoting the brand and driving content for social media to strengthen local presence and neighbor loyalty.
