Description
As a Scan Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in maintaining pricing accuracy in our store, ensuring customers always see the correct price and promotions. Your attention to detail and proactive problem-solving directly impacts our shopping experience and revenue integrity.
Hourly Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

What You'll Be Doing
  • Analyze and resolve scan discrepancies by reviewing Manager's Reports from all stores-identifying systemic issues that could affect overall operations.
  • Tag, apply, and audit price tags for batches, weekly ads, monthly promotions, and manager's specials.
  • Serve as the communication link between departments regarding scan issues-ensuring smooth coordination with buyers, hosts, and department managers.
  • Generate reports daily and weekly on store losses, donations, open-key incidents, etc.
  • Run Blue Chip audits (BCRs) twice weekly for all departments to verify accuracy.
  • Perform produce audits weekly and bulk audits bi-weekly to maintain scan integrity.
  • Manage deli scale operations with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct general store audits during downtime to maintain operational readiness.
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

What You'll Need
Must Have:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong numerical and detail-oriented skills able to spot inconsistencies and maintain meticulous records.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal capable of working seamlessly across departments.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, carry items up to 50 ft, and push/pull lighter products as needed.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience in scan operations or receiving roles.
  • Familiarity with customer service and basic arithmetic in retail environments.
