Job Description
The Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day operational functions of Summit Sportswear. This role ensures accurate order processing, product setup, and coordination with internal teams to maintain smooth workflow and timely fulfillment. The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and communication across operations.
Responsibilities
  • Add artwork requests into the production queue
  • Order garments and manage garment sourcing
  • Place blind orders as needed
  • Track and manage garment inventory, including overseas fabric usage
  • Order and maintain supplies to support operational needs

Skills and Knowledge
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite experience a plus), Proficiency with computer systems and data entry, Takes initiative and delivers results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of operations, retail, or supply chain experience preferred
  • Experience in apparel, retail, or related industry a plus

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment
  • Able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen
  • Occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds
