POSITION SUMMARY:
The Store Administrator, reporting directly to the Store Director, has the responsibility and a high level of exposure to many different aspects of our business. The Store Administrator is responsible for all cash and funds control pursuant to company policies and procedures, human resources administrative functions, as well as timekeeping and payroll administration and transmission. The Store Administrator also makes sure that all calculations, accuracy of figures and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by other works. The Store Administrator also serves as a Human Resources liaison, making sure all new team members fill out the proper paperwork and are properly added to our Applicant Tracking System. This is the first-person team members will come to with an issue or a problem, and as a result, the incumbent must be able to show a high level of integrity, confidentiality and always display professional maturity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Serves as a liaison between the Support Center and the store, including but not limited to the following departments: Human Resources, Payroll, Compliance, Risk Management, Accounting, and Financial Services;
  • Upholds adequate security to control cash, shrink, and dishonesty and assist Team Members with new-hire paperwork, onboarding, orientation and off-boarding; review documentation for completeness and forward to HR in a timely manner;
  • Assist Frontend Manager when not available to run the Frontend (training, sales floor, cash management, control of FE breaks/lunch etc.);
  • Troubleshoots login issues on LMS as well as follows up with department leaders on assigned TM training and participation;
  • Maintain current knowledge of office procedures and policies relating to cash reports, register checkups, deposits, and checks, and ensure all store office functions are completed correctly and on time;
  • Perform store bookkeeper functions from a cash and sales perspective;
  • Maintain and enter store schedules, as needed;
  • Execute other duties as needed.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Be at least 18 years of age; possess a high school diploma, or GED, along with -2 years' experience in a related job; or an acceptable combination of education and experience;
  • Maintain high level of integrity and confidentiality, have great ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, and have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work and perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism;
  • Be dependable and reliable having the ability to work a flexible schedule that changes as the business changes; including nights, weekends and holidays;
  • Detail-oriented to avoid making errors and to recognize errors made by others; and can be discreet and trustworthy due to frequent contact with confidential material;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing. Preferred bilingual in Spanish and English;
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word with knowledge of specialized bookkeeping or accounting software, able to operate calculator, computer, and other general office equipment, and totals all checks, cash, and credit cards from the previous day;
  • This position requires satisfactory completion of a background check and third-party consumer reporting agency investigation.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in computer navigation and software.
  • Be very attentive and friendly.
  • No criminal record.
  • Ability to work under little or no supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and exhibit excellent multi-tasking skills.
