You will serve as an essential technical specialist within our field operations division, interpreting detailed project drawings and executing high-precision fabrication. This role grants you the opportunity to work with cutting-edge robotic equipment that increases precision while minimizing physical strain. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Fabricate and assemble structural steel components utilizing precise blueprints and layout specifications.
  • Operate advanced technical machinery and robotic fabrication equipment to maintain high-quality production standards.
  • Execute professional-grade layout functions on steel parts to ensure perfect alignment prior to welding.
  • Coordinate on-site material handling and tool usage safely to keep project timelines moving efficiently.
  • Maintain clear documentation of parts compliance and daily safety procedures within your work area.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 2 years of verified fabrication and welding experience in a commercial or industrial setting.
  • Proven proficiency in reading blueprints, layout designs, and complex engineering specifications.
  • Demonstrated capability to perform precise part layout functions with minimal administrative oversight.
  • Strong internal motivation and an established history of consistent, dependable workplace attendance.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Completion of a formal welding or blueprint reading trade program or technical certification.
  • Demonstrated experience adapting to new automated or robotic industrial machinery.
  • Advanced knowledge of structural steel fabrication workflows and industrial safety procedures.
