We're Hiring: PEMB Field Superintendent (Jacksonville, FL)

Are you a natural leader with hands-on PEMB experience? Ready to take charge in the field and help build some of the Southeastโ€™s most impressive metal structures? Harrell Construction is looking for a PEMB Field Superintendent to join our growing team in Jacksonville!

As our new Field Superintendent, youโ€™ll work closely with our project managers and oversee commercial pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) crews on job sites across the Southeastern U.S. From massive aircraft hangars to complex warehouse builds, no two projects are the sameโ€”and neither are the days. If you like variety, leadership, and a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, support, and coordinate all job site operations
  • Manage PEMB production crews and ensure quality installation
  • Work directly with Project Managers to keep things running smoothly
  • Maintain safety, schedule, and high production standards onsite

What We're Looking For:

  • 3โ€“5 years of PEMB installation experience
  • Previous job site management & quality control experience
  • Solid knowledge of construction tools and equipment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must pass a drug test and background check
  • Reliable transportation

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • An associateโ€™s degree
  • Experience in roofing or commercial construction
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
