Job description

We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale light industrial and commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-profile builds, manage client relationships, and mentor project teams while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule success. Client Details Our client is a reputable general contractor with a strong pipeline of industrial and commercial projects. Known for their commitment to excellence, collaboration, and innovation, they provide Senior Project Managers with the resources and support to deliver impactful projects and grow their careers. Description As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex projects such as warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and commercial spaces. You'll manage budgets, schedules, subcontractor performance, and client communication while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. You'll collaborate closely with superintendents, design teams, and stakeholders to drive performance and proactively resolve challenges. This role also includes mentoring junior project managers and contributing to strategic initiatives within the company.
