Juliet Steakhouse is seeking an accomplished and polished General Manager to lead our upscale steakhouse in the heart of Dallas's Design District. The ideal candidate brings a passion for hospitality, a commitment to excellence, and the leadership skills to inspire a world-class team in one of the city's most sought-after dining destinations.

What you'll do....

Lead, mentor, and develop front- and back-of-house teams to deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences

Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and P&L management to meet financial targets

Uphold and elevate service standards, ensuring every guest interaction reflects a refined, upscale dining experience

Build relationships with the Design District community, local businesses, and clientele to strengthen brand presence

Collaborate with the culinary team on menu development, wine program, and special events to drive revenue and guest engagement

What we're looking for...

5+ years of management experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant environment

Proven track record of driving revenue, managing costs, and delivering strong guest satisfaction scores

Sophisticated knowledge of premium steaks, wine, and spirits

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills — equally at home on the floor with guests as in the back office
