NextGen Hospitality Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager at our Scratch Kitchen in Columbus. This full-time, on-site position is an excellent opportunity for a culinary professional looking to take the next step in their career while making a significant impact in the restaurant industry.

As the Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager, you will oversee kitchen operations, manage food preparation, and ensure the highest quality of dishes served to our guests. You will play a key role in menu development, staff training, and maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually, along with a supportive work culture and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in menu planning and recipe development
  • Manage daily kitchen operations and staff schedules
  • Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume restaurant
