At EAP, we believe great materials are built on more than performance alone. Through thoughtful sourcing, rigorous testing, engineered value, and construction-ready solutions, we help our customers build with confidence.
Why Join Us
At Elevate Architectural Products, you'll do more than manage an established territory-you'll help shape the future of a growing company. This is an opportunity to build lasting partnerships with architects, contractors, and industry leaders while influencing sales strategy and expanding our market presence.

Role Summary
The Sales & Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth across EAP's three sales channels: direct sales to subcontractors and general contractors, management of an independent sales representative network, and architect specification sales. This role develops new business, strengthens strategic partnerships, and expands EAP's presence within the architectural and commercial construction markets.
As a key member of a growing organization, you'll own the sales process from prospecting through contract execution while collaborating across Product Management, Operations, and Marketing to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll also help build scalable sales processes, grow the representative network, and identify opportunities that position EAP for long-term success.
This is an opportunity for a proactive sales professional who enjoys building relationships, creating new opportunities, and making a meaningful impact in a growing company where initiative and ownership are valued.

  • Grow existing accounts through repeat business and expanded product adoption.

Cross-Functional Leadership (10%)
  • Partner with Product Management, Operations, and Marketing to support pricing, product positioning, compliance documentation, and project execution.
  • Ensure seamless customer onboarding and project handoff while maintaining alignment on customer expectations and deliverables.

Industry & Market Engagement (10%)
  • Represent EAP at industry events, trade shows, and professional associations.
  • Build relationships within the architecture, construction, and design communities to increase market awareness and drive specification opportunities.

Qualifications
Required
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial construction sales.
  • Proven experience managing the full sales pipeline from lead qualification through contract execution using CRM systems.
  • Experience developing new business and building relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and design professionals.
  • Demonstrated success securing architectural product specifications and influencing specification decisions.
  • Experience managing indirect sales channels, including manufacturer representatives, distributors, or third-party sales representative firms.
  • Proven ability to develop key account strategies, grow existing accounts, and drive revenue through account expansion.
  • Experience leading complex contract negotiations with multiple stakeholders, including owners, contractors, subcontractors, and design teams.
  • Knowledge of commercial construction processes, architectural specification sales, pricing strategy, and product compliance documentation.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product Management, Operations, and Marketing to support project execution and customer success.
