Typically, you will attend orientation sessions, meet with mentors or program coordinators, and participate in workshops that build foundational skills. You may also be assigned to work on team projects or rotations across different departments to gain a broad understanding of the organization. This collaborative environment helps you build connections and prepares you for a successful transition into a full-time role upon completion of the program.

Standout soft skills include adaptability, eagerness to learn, teamwork, and strong communication abilities. These skills and qualities are crucial for making the most of the learning opportunities, adapting to a professional environment, and building a successful career foundation.
