Job description

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Hotel General Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations. The ideal candidate will lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, manage staff performance, ensure financial profitability, and maintain high service standards across all departments.
The Hotel General Manager will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience while achieving operational and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
  • Oversee daily hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and guest services
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and local regulations
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor operational efficiency and implement process improvements
Staff Leadership
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department managers and hotel staff
  • Foster a positive, professional, and service-oriented work environment
  • Conduct performance reviews and support employee development
  • Manage staffing schedules and labor costs
Guest Experience
  • Address guest concerns and resolve escalated issues promptly
